Why the FlexArm Tapping Unit?

FlexArm Tapping Machines are designed to be used as a secondary operation. The operators's free time is utilized during the cycle time of the machine. The FlexArm can be used in conjunction with a CNC, Bridgeport Mill, Laser Cutter, Plasma Cutter, Turret Press, Waterjet Machine or Radial Arm Drill Press. Also making the FlexArm mobile via a rolling table can reduce material handling time versus using a tapping head in a drill press.

Why the FlexArm Torque Reaction Arms ?

FlexArms used for assembly purposes absorb all the torque instead of the operator's arm. The FlexArm also counterbalances the weight of the tool and keeps the tool perpendicular anywhere it is moved. Various standard and custom tool mounts are available if the FlexArm needs to be used in the horizontal position or at various angles.
